Prices, availability, exchange rates, park fees, permits, and supplier charges may change until a booking is confirmed. We will always aim to communicate any changes clearly before confirmation.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the suppliers included in your itinerary. Some deposits, permits, accommodation, and supplier payments may be non-refundable. Refunds, where available, are subject to supplier terms and processing timelines.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, travel insurance, and any documents required by destination countries.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, lost belongings, safari activities, and unexpected travel disruption.
Safari travel may involve remote areas, wildlife, changing road conditions, weather, and local regulations. Travellers must follow safety guidance from guides, lodges, operators, and authorities.
Itineraries may change due to weather, availability, safety concerns, airline changes, park rules, supplier issues, or events beyond our control. We will aim to provide suitable alternatives where possible.
Go Safaris Travel is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier failure, flight changes, border restrictions, illness, weather, government actions, or force majeure events.
You agree not to misuse this website, copy content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a way that may harm the business, users, or systems.
